Privacy Policy

Short version: this site collects personal data only when you fill in a form to download a resource. I use it to send you that resource and, occasionally, related guides. I don't sell it, and you can have it deleted any time by emailing me.
Who is responsible
This website, pouyahayati.com, is run by Pooya Hayati, an independent growth marketer based in the Philippines. For anything related to your data, email contact@pouyahayati.com.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Your browser's local storage
After you fill in a download form, your name, email and role are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don't have to type them again on other posts. This stays on your device; I can't read it. You can clear it with the "Use different details" link under any download button, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Legal basis
If you are in the EU, the UK or a similar jurisdiction: I process form data based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and technical hosting data based on my legitimate interest in running a secure website. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it for me
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives form submissions and forwards them to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) hosts my inbox, where submissions are stored.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. I don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for staying in touch, and at most 3 years after your last interaction. If you ask me to delete them, I do it within 30 days.
Emails from me
If I email you, it will be about the resource you downloaded or new guides on the same topics. Every email can be answered with "unsubscribe" and I'll stop.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop me from using it. Email contact@pouyahayati.com and I'll answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK and unhappy with my answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
